These terms set out the rules for using dokichat and the companion chat experience offered on dokichats.com.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By opening, browsing or using dokichat at dokichats.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please stop using the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old to use dokichat. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Description of the service
dokichat provides a text-based companion chat experience featuring fictional characters. The service is offered for personal entertainment and companionship purposes only.
4. Fictional nature of companions
Every companion is a written character. Photographs and illustrations shown on the site are decorative and do not depict real individuals, nor do they imply endorsement by any person.
5. No professional advice
Nothing generated within dokichat constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.
6. Emergency situations
dokichat is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a recognised crisis line immediately.
7. Account responsibility
If access credentials are issued to you, keeping them confidential is your responsibility. Activity carried out through your access is treated as carried out by you.
8. Accurate information
Information you supply in connection with access to the service must be accurate and kept up to date. Impersonating another person is prohibited.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use dokichat for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with the availability of the service.
10. Prohibited content

You retain ownership of what you write. You grant dokichat the limited right to process and store your submissions solely to operate the service and maintain conversation continuity.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. dokichat may assign the agreement in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

These terms may be revised. Continued use of dokichat after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the updated version shown by the revision date on this page.
